We use Basecamp for project management and communication. We'll make sure you have comprehensive visibility on the status of the project at all times.
How quickly are projects delivered?
Most standard email campaigns are delivered within two weeks depending on complexity, approvals, and workload. Automated user flows may take up to a month, especially during onboarding.
Why do you only have four spots?
To ensure high-quality results and focused attention, we only take on four projects at a time. This allows for timely and dedicated work.
Do you offer unlimited requests?
No - and intentially so. Keyline Works operates as a focused strategic partner rather than a high-volume design subscription. This allows for better strategy, stronger creative, and more thoughtful execution.
What platforms do you work with?
We primarily support email marketing through Klaviyo and Omnisend. If you're using another platform, we can usually adapt.
